I drag race 1/24 - 1/25 slot car and love using model and resin kits... this is one of my latest builds....

I started out with this snap-tite kit...


I picked up some tube styrene to make the turbos and intake tubes...



next I cut the hood to make way for the turbos, intake and exhaust...



heres the parts mocked up on the body...





now for the pro-mod wing...



here is the exhaust mocked up...



thru some paint on it...

HoooooWeee, that's definately one MEAN lookin sucker! Too bad the 09 Camaro is such an UGLY CAR! You sure did a heckava job on it though, GREAT paint job,an I really like the idea,you'd never guess it was a snapper!!!

Wow! That's a beauty! I haven't looked at slot cars in years (make that decades!). I never saw any that well finished and detailed. Very nice! Did you scratch build the chassis? Excellent work!

Sam the chassis is laser cut stainless steel and music wire silver soldered together....
