This would be a great kit and you rarly see it built correctly. Its the 1971 Barracuda Pro Stock of Don Grotheer's car. I have started one but can't seem to finish it . Here is what it looks likeso far , maybe I'll try again to finish it

Has April 2011 been decided on for the deadline? If so, I'm in. I have at least 30 plus models that would qualify, but one in particular that I have been wanting to do.

April is the new deadline, I look foward to seeing all the builds..

Hey Darrin, how do we post them? as in should we put forgotten kit in the topic title or maybe in the second box?

First off, I want to thank Darin for this great idea for a build. I mainly like to build what never gets built.

I will be very excited to join in on this build. Darin, maybe you should start a new thread in the "On the workbench" section. ;) Everyone would post their work there :) . The demo derby build has worked out well like that.

My choice for the "Forgotten kit build" will be. The Jo-Han produced AMC '66 Marlin. :) Let's have fun guys. :)

Okay here's my kit. Will be box stock, no added detail. But inca gold instead of that awful yellow.

Will be starting soon.

I'm in, just not sure with what yet. I have so many of these kits, picking one will be a challenge.

I say we just post our progress with the kit name with forgotten build after it, ex. Revell Shelby series one - Forgotten Build.

That way we can all follow along.

Does this start whenever we feel like starting our kit??

Either way, I'll be building an AMT 93 Ford Ranger Splash. It will be built FACTORY stock (not box stock). Meaning I will be updating the interior to the 95 style and using Hoppin Hydros tires on it. The one I owned had low profile tires from the factory.

Well gents we now have a CBP forum here. Shall we have Harry move this to that section and just put all of our updates here or just create our own threads in the Workbench section?

I think it's best to make one thread for all the builds so as to better keep track of who is participating.

An L-Body Charger, and the Shelby no less. A forgotten car, too. Great choice.
