I think so. Mine has the same gap as well.

Yes there is a gap in the real one.

Great job so far on the paint scheme, and you attention to detail is amazing. I always have to give everyone who builds these trucks overseas a little extra credit because of the fact that with most of us on the board here from Canada/US we really dont have far to go to see a 1:1 referance on most builds or at least something close, where over there in the Netherlands for example I dont think it too common to see seeing a 379 peterbilt running up and down the road there, or a western star etc. So they have to work a little bit harder and get a little more creative, and for that I give you that extra bit of well deserved credit. Great build so far and I cant wait to see the final product!

Thanks James for your nice words.
Finally it's finished. The last pieces were the hardest to get clean and straight on the truck.
But i must say it is by far the best kit i've ever built and i really hope Moebius brings out many more.
As you can see on the decals next thing is the Revell Beall tanker.

You did a very nice job! One of the better ones I've seen yet. I like the custom touches you brought to it too, the painted fuel tanks, the rear bumper and fenders. Love the colors.
