  1. When I first joined this board I followed the instructions to post and had no problems putting up pics from my Fotki account. About a year ago the link button would just hang up my computer so I gave up trying. Anybody else have problems and how did you fix the issue?
  2. Don't forget to bring the grabber blue paint for me!
  3. The boys from Winnipeg will be there with some fresh builds! If we can drive 13 hours you locals better show up! LOL
  4. I made the side panels from layers of sheet styrene . The pleats are half round styrene rods heated to bend over the top edge . The handles were removed from the AMT 1960 Starliner kit.
  5. Thanks! The headers are from the Revell 1970 Torino GT kit.
  6. Thanks for all the comments. I attempted shielded wire by painting them silver. I couldn't get my metallic thread through my looms. The spindles are drilled out and pinned so I can pose the wheels but I wasn't going to mess with the nicely molded tie rod.
  7. I just finished this one in time for the Milwaukee NNL. Paint is GM Marina blue. I detailed the chassis and engine as well as opening the deck lid. A MCG detail set was also used. Thanks for looking!

Thank you! The colors are Black Gold's Sandy Yellow and Duplicolor Ford Wimbledon White.
  9. Hi With all the cool '57 Fords seen I thought I'd post my plain jane version. I used resin wheels with larger rubber on this one.
  10. That sounds like fun! What time to people start showing up in the parking lot?
  11. Terrific foiling job! Nice model.
  12. Awesome job! I especially like the fogged paint and interior work.
  13. Thank you! If you search for 1802 on Fotki you will find a bunch of construction pics in it's folder.

I love it! Where are the wheels from?
  15. Great job! It really has a perfect stance.
  16. Thank you! I think the wheels were modified from an AMT Roadrunner kit.
  17. Hello! Here's a few pics of an older build I did. I used the engine from the AMT Cougar Eliminator, front suspension from the AMT '67 Mustang and window slats from the Revell '70 Boss 302. Paint is Cobra Colors Calypso Coral and decals are Fred Cady. I hinged the seats and the glove box door as well. Thanks for looking!
  18. The door handles are from the Revell '69 Charger kit.
  19. Beautiful build and very clean work.
  20. Spectacular! Great engineering, design and concept. The workmanship is first class. Two thumbs WAY up!
  21. 2 of us crazy canucks will make the 13 hour drive this year! Looking forward to it!
  22. I agree. I guess I got lazy and used the molded kit fuel line. Thanks for the kind words!
  23. Hey! You guys forgot to mention the "Best Road Car" award from the Winnipeg Model Car Club in your poster.
