The First Boss Mustang?
Rob McKee replied to FordRodnKustom's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Cool story. Why can't this happen to me? Thanks for sharing! -
Congratulations! Are you sure you didn't get a model building room with living quarters.

In Canada we are protected by the Good Samaritan rule. A person who helps someone generally can’t be held responsible for damage caused by the help. This is called the "Good Samaritan rule". I think someone forgot to tighten up the bolts before the test drive. -
Cool idea and it looks great. Poor old Desoto!

Great job with the paint and opening trunk Darrell! Are those the tires that came in the kit? You did a great job on the white lettering!

Absolutely beautiful!!

Those wheels look great on the C-3.

Absolutely amazing detail work Gary. I could spend hours looking through these pics!

Wow Stray, you definitely still have it! Very nice detail on the engine.

Very nice!!

Nicest job I have seen done with this kit.

Nice job restoring a glue bomb. It looks like it is leaving a little rubber on the table.
-
Gorgeous! I love the details under the hood and the flawless paint.

It varies depending on where it is shipped from. Assuming you are talking about shipping from the US it is generally in the $20 - $25 US dollar range. Add in the exchange and often shipping will cost you more than the kit itself. It sure has gone up quite a lot in the last couple of years.

Thanks Radames I would say you have the hang of it. The paint on your Vette came out beautiful!
-
The paint came out really nice! Have you used Auto Air paints before this? I'm curious to hear how they spray etc.

Building is a way to temporarily remove myself from the stress of work and day to day responsibilities. I haven't done it enough over the past couple of years but when I do I feel very relaxed. -
Another thing you can try is using the "Macro Mode" on your camera. This mode is great for getting extremely close up detailed shots.

Really nice job on the Torino Randy. Have a great Christmas. -
I feel bad for the guy. My ex-wife actually asked for half of my model collection in the divorce agreement! nasty girls.

Flawless build Steve!! The tires and Cragars do look great.
