Tesla Posted November 8, 2015 Author Posted November 8, 2015 (edited) 11-08-15 update: More than once this kit has tested my patience! I made some changes to the steering. I drilled each end of the axle and installed kingpins. This helped to strengthen front end… Hosted on Fotki The next modification was to the steering knuckle. New pins were installed and small o-rings were used to hold the parts in place… Hosted on Fotki I’ve been wanting to use aluminum foil instead of BMF and took the opportunity with this project… Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki Most of the truck chassis work is now complete. The only parts that need to be installed are the air tanks and hydraulic tank. The tarp tower is about 90% complete. The upper gantry needs to be completed. The tarp arms still need to be fitted. I made them long (just in case). Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki Edited June 29, 2017 by Tesla
