surfjunke Posted July 19, 2017 Posted July 19, 2017 Cut the back half of roof & the rear deck off of the body. Followed out by hollowing out the inside of the body for a scratch built interior. Seats & steering wheel are from the parts bin. Etched & metal parts from Detail Master. Wheels are from Fujimi with Pegasus brakes. Paint is Tamiya acrylics with pearl powders from Pearl-Ex. Clear is Axalta 2 part urethane.
RestoModGuy Posted July 19, 2017 Posted July 19, 2017 Wow! Excellent craftmanship. Great looking radical custom
GerN Posted July 19, 2017 Posted July 19, 2017 This would not be an easy car to modify and have it look feasible. You have done a great job, especially with the details.
Lunajammer Posted July 19, 2017 Posted July 19, 2017 You made a silk purse out of a sow's ear. That interior is savvy and fits the car real well.
darthsideous Posted July 20, 2017 Posted July 20, 2017 What a beauty of a build. Really nice work on the interior.
crazyjim Posted July 20, 2017 Posted July 20, 2017 The interior is an award winner by itself. Execution of the bodywork is superb and it's so SHINY
espo Posted July 20, 2017 Posted July 20, 2017 Great looking build. I could see something like this at a 1:1 Autorama or something.
DumpyDan Posted July 21, 2017 Posted July 21, 2017 Great work,I had this body years ago and sold it cause this was way beyond my talents. The guy I sold it to finished it. Love the interior really clean and neat, so cool.
