mrmike Posted June 4, 2018 Posted June 4, 2018 I got mine at Hobby Lobby with a 40% off coupon. It's self healing, has 1 inch squares for measuring, although some of mine have been worn off from usage and chemicals.
iamsuperdan Posted June 4, 2018 Posted June 4, 2018 I got mine at Michael's. But it's the beige Martha Stewart mat.

Ben Posted June 5, 2018 Posted June 5, 2018 They’re like really hard vinyl or rubber. They can be trimmed to size. I bought mine from Tower Hobbies.
TarheelRick Posted June 5, 2018 Posted June 5, 2018 I think I got mine in the sewing section of Walmart. I have had it so long I do not remember. And if you spill MEK on it the pretty white lines disappear.
espo Posted June 5, 2018 Posted June 5, 2018 I use something different that may be a consideration if you think it would serve the same purpose. Bed Bath and Beyond has a Kitchen Tools section where I found a hard plastic like Cutting Mat. The original design is to be used as a Cutting Board in the kitchen much like the old wooden cutting boards. The edges are covered with a nonskid rubber and there is a drip try built in around the edges also. This is great for holding small parts and keeping knives from rolling off the board. The board will self repair to a point and can be used on either side. They are offered in several different sizes and I bet your wife even has a discount coupon laying around. I have been using mine for more than 10 years and I don't think I will ever have to replace it so it is durable in that respect.
GMCMAN52 Posted June 5, 2018 Posted June 5, 2018 I've gotten my from E-Bay. and they come in several sizes
OldTrucker Posted June 6, 2018 Posted June 6, 2018 Just don't set something hot on it . My wife set a bowl of chili on the edge of mine and it left a hump in it!
High octane Posted June 6, 2018 Posted June 6, 2018 Hobby Lobby like mentioned before with a 40% off coupon and mine had four different sizes.
oldcarfan Posted June 10, 2018 Posted June 10, 2018 I bought one at Hobby Lobby with the 40% coupon. They were out of them in the hobby section but they had the same ones in different colors in the sewing area.
