Did you these ever hit the market?

i have a resin Traveler that was done in resin by a guy named Guido in South Africa. Cannot remember the company name.

Scalekraft. Guido fell on a mountain climb and ended up quite incapacitated. Andy M did a great Mini Clubman a few years back I nabbed then. Guido did a lot of interesting stuff.

Talking about Guido, I yesterday received a lot of kits from someone in Capetown that that bought a lot of Guido's collection.

Hi Chris-  I believe I hit my Scalecraft kit from Peter Thomas when he visited me many years ago

I never got a Mini from Guido but did get the pickup from Aardvark and it is marked inside Scalecraft.

I were fortunate to get the Motobitz Moke before the world turned upside down. Mark from Motorbitz is the brother of Colin that lives in South Africa, both Peter and I know him well.

Small world!

Yes it’s a very small world!

A few years ago my nosy sister in law was looking at the people who sent me Happy Birthday wishes on Facebook and told me that the ones from South Africa, Europe, South America and Australia were scammers!  I just laughed at her and told her I knew them all personally and they’d all been to my house!  Ah, the community of model car folk!

I am currently building the MotoBitz Moke, we had an ex-Australian Army Moke in the early 1970's.  The quality is exceptional with many fine parts as well.  No full engine, only sump, so I will cast some parts from another Mini Model that I have. Unless someone knows of where I can get a resin or 3d print of one? WIP in undercoat. wil848977059_Moke2022-5.jpeg.0b764fb09b3744f808f4ea25f5b04e79.jpeg1024461361_Moke2022-4.jpeg.4b2955fca1865bd8dd1f802eb8e7ff7d.jpeg372399707_Moke2022-3.jpeg.7b85b07cf7dd682eb160a3f84065221d.jpeg823483915_Moke2022-2.jpeg.e34a2d944566f931da2ad320ab62e9b8.jpeg1840331703_Moke2022-1.jpeg.983b70723157bb33f227b2825e2d2cba.jpeg
