TruckerAL Posted September 27, 2021 Posted September 27, 2021 Had a buddy give me the cab to this Truck, but after a few paint issues while trying to strip it, I ended up with this weathered/worn look. So instead of fighting it I went with it. Scratch built the updated steps, mudflaps/hangers, and exhaust stack. And to top it off I swapped in a Detroit engine from the custom pumper kit. 2
vincen47 Posted September 27, 2021 Posted September 27, 2021 I like the peeling paint. Nice weathering. 1
kilrathy10 Posted October 8, 2021 Posted October 8, 2021 That looks good, Bro... I love that single axle... And the subtle weathering is awesome.... Even if it was unplanned... Great build... Very clean work... And I really like the engine swap.... 1

The engine swap was also super easy. Way easier than I expected!
trick my mixer Posted October 8, 2021 Posted October 8, 2021 Perfect for a FreightShaker. If you wanted that look it would come out. Looks good with Jimmy in it for power. 1
