gray07
I think we all have that special old kit in our stash that someday you want to build, show us a picture of it. You might show a kit that sombody never knew was made in model form, for example maybe you have one of the old customizing kits from the 50s/60s, maybe its a favorite truck. I will post mine tommorrow, I have a couple kits that ive had put away for many years that i WILL build someday. I have been building since the 70s and i know there is stuff out there that i dont know about. Edited March 15, 2010 by gray07
RatRod
I have so many old kits, but not all are photographed. Here's two old grails that I bought about 10 years ago, and built this past year.... From 1971, The Revell Harley drag bike.... From 1972, Revell Triumph drag bike.... One project scheduled for this year is this one from 1967.... Jon Cole
What came to mind when I read the question is this... I have been wanting to build it for years! Soon, I hope.

James W
Got these Javelins a few years back and plan to build one and sell the other, but I'm just not in that mode of build right now. Also in the picture; Hippy Hemi is missing a few parts, but has some Garlits parts thrown in. The Valiant is built, the price tag is 25 years old. The 69 442 box has chrome and hood from a 68 kit that I would like to use in a conversion someday.

jimnohio
I wanna play too! I don't really expect to ever build these, but they are 3 of the older kits we have here now. The Jag is factory sealed from 1970, the Heller Mercedes is as well (70's). The Willard battery is from the 60's. Railfreak78
Now that you said 80's I'm game. I only have 2 older than that. These are in various forms. A couple are started (Not by me)..but most are clean. Caprice is getting a full restoration, and the rest are mainly 80's. I don't know the date on the 58 so anyones info would be nice. I have a newer one of it but it's early 90's.
