Chuck Most Posted April 27, 2011 Posted April 27, 2011 Do I have to inform anyone how COOL this thing is gonna be?
pepperdrumstix Posted April 27, 2011 Posted April 27, 2011 Talk about a "pavement pounder". If that was real, standing next to this beast you would look like on of those old electric football players that vibrate all over the place. This will be wild. Keep us posted please. Patrick M
Harold Posted April 30, 2011 Posted April 30, 2011 If that thing pulled up next to me at the light, I'd just hand over my title...
Foxer Posted April 30, 2011 Posted April 30, 2011 That's cool .. I like the look of body. It must have a turning circle like an airliner!
mr moto Posted July 8, 2011 Posted July 8, 2011 Are you gonna build a trailer to hold the gas tank? That's super cool!
george 53 Posted July 8, 2011 Posted July 8, 2011 When I saw the title I thought it was the old 60's era chopped 34 Ford sedan powered by an Allison aircraft engine. It thought, hey THAT would be cool, But THIS is even COOLER!!!! That think gonna be like 5 thousand horsepower!
Guest JamesDE Posted July 8, 2011 Posted July 8, 2011 WOW!!!!!!!!!! MAN THAT IS TOO COOL!!!!!!!!!! Makes me wanna build one....
Nitrozilla Posted August 30, 2011 Posted August 30, 2011 I was going to reply to this post because it's a truly unique and well conceived project. Unfortunately, my head exploded when I saw the first picture. If I find all of the pieces, maybe I can put together a proper response to your next update.
bobthehobbyguy Posted August 30, 2011 Posted August 30, 2011 Very cool always liked Big Al and Quad Al. He also did an isetta. How about a smart car with and Allison engine? Are the Allison engines from AMT? Bobthehobbyguy

1zebra3 Posted January 19, 2012 Posted January 19, 2012 This thing will never fly you forgot the wings. SERIOUSLY this build is awesome.
mrm Posted January 19, 2012 Posted January 19, 2012 Looks mean and definitely unusual, but is it front wheel drive? And how does it steer?
Jairus Posted January 19, 2012 Posted January 19, 2012 I had always thought this would have been a brilliant powerplant idea for a street machine. It is an Allison V-3420. Essentially two Allison v-12 engines using a common crankcase. Quite a few were produced for the P-75, which was canceled after the turbojet engine was proven to be a much better powerplant. Nice build. I would have coupled two engines and run one differential per axle like the original. But still cool looking the way you did it.
