Thanks Bill, I'm trying to fit the interior of the Smart and the chassis of the Vette all into one piece.

A friend found me another Smart car ,so it looks like I will be able to get back to building this thing.

Well it looks like I have another Smart car coming ,just got wait for it to get here.

Is this the car he just bought or are you meaning the actual Joe Dirt car?

The main part is a rocket ship candy container that I found at Old Navy for a dollar or so. I used some pieces from the Depth Charger kit and some parts box pieces.The head is Polyform and base is a toy treasure chest some fake corol and some small shells.

Just finishing this one up ,just a few more little things to finish up.

The Firebird was in Corvette Summer, but what tv show was it in ? It was painted a coppery color and the drive has really white teeth.

I'm still going to look for another Smart, but I'm starting to think nobody else bought any of them.

Can anyone help me out. Lost all the little pieces to my Smart, I have no way to finish this with out getting another one. Please if anyone has one they can part with let me know.

It looks like the Smart is not going to make it. It seems that the mirrors, taillights, wipers,grill,and all the other small parts that were in a small container got pitched. I haven't been to find another one to replace the broken window ,so I may have to find something else.

Rob ,you could try half round and glue the cage to the inside of the body. Paint the same color as the interior and it should almost blend in .I also thought if you painted the top of the main bar like wood, then put some cloths hangers with some clothing on them would work in the right car. The Joe Dirt car has a mop handle across the top with a sleeveless flannel shirt. Or just really dirty windows
