    It looks like 1/24 -1/25 ,but the figures that come with look small . The seats ,winch ,shifter ,and tire look right ,but the steering wheel and gas cans look small. The body is die-cast but the rest is plastic .Found them marked down for 5$ at Wal-Mart. It's something from the Halo game.
