  1. It looks nice. You did a good job.
  2. A good looking trio. Well done.
  3. They both look Very nice. The Delta 88 was one of my favorite kits to build. It had the right stance without any modifications.
  4. I built the kit that was probably the predecessor to yours. It went together real well. The chassis plate was flimsy on the kit I built and prone to warping.
  5. These look nice. The 2nd one is my favorite.

    Very nice.
  7. I use Future. It is about as inert as I have found. But having said that, I have occasionally had problems with Future reacting with decals. Unfortunately everything will at some point react negatively with decals.
  8. Thanks guys. I appreciate the kind words.
  9. Good job. I think the 240Z was the nicest looking of them all.

    Audi R8

Thanks for the comments everyone. I was going to paint the panels behind the doors, but the paint turned out so well (a rare event for me) that I did not want to chance screwing it all up. So I chickened out.

    Audi R8

I just completed this one. It’s Revell’s Audi R8. It’s built box stock and I painted it Dupli Color Maple Metallic. I liked the way the paint turned out that I could not bring myself to try and paint the area behind the door black. I think this is the first kit I’ve built that was molded in Poland. Thanks for looking.
  12. Here is one I completed a little while ago. It is the AMT Impala converted to a Dodge. I painted it a metallic blue and then gave it an overcoat of clear blue. The decals are Winscals. I had to put two sets of decals on to stop the bleed through. The spoiler is a resin piece that I cast. Thanks for looking.
  13. Very nice!
  14. It looks cool!
  15. You did a good job.I couldn't tell the problems you had based on the pictures.
  16. Nicely done. The siver decals are hard to get to settle down. I finally gave up and painted these areas.
  17. I have not seen a debate like this since Taste's Great or Less Filling. At least those guys were joking.

    Very nice!
  19. Those are beautiful!! You did a great job.
  20. Your models look good. Shortly after this, NASCAR began setting the aerodynamics on the cars not for parity, but based on track performance. The rules changed almost weekly and the whining was terrible. Not a high point in NASCAR history.
  21. Nicely Done!

    2009 Challenger

Thanks for the comments everyone. The wrestling match I had with the final assembly was that the engine bay detail that Revell attached to the interior was a bit warped and I didn’t recognize it. The Model Master paint also has a bit of a tendency to chip easily. So I put the interior in and then tried to fit the chassis and I started to have to force the front together. In doing so, I chipped the paint and I didn’t think I could do too much bending on the engine bay and additional test fitting. After I got the front of the chassis to fit like it was supposed to, the back bumper and panel had to be glued to the body. Since the front did not fit well, the back did not either. This required more muscle so to speak. After this the most frustrating thing was one of the front tires was about 1/16” outside of the fender. This required additional messaging. I think that Revell’s latest kits are right up there with Tamiya as far as fit and finish, but this one proved to be quite the challenge when putting the final pieces together.
