Ah I see thank you and thank you for the ideas those are great but for the shifter I'm using a pirate sword but I like the idea for the wood

this is the pirate rod so far coming along good but im having modelers block and am having trouble with the interior

i like that paint job that is really nice and i love the bob ross referance i use to whatch him when i was you to i loved his happy little trees he put everywhere

these are pictures of my paint job i originally just wanted it all flat black but my airbrush was acting up so i started sanding it down with 1500 sand paper and i started to get this effect which i liked so i took some buffing compond and polish then washed it and this it what i got .

haha im hopeing to have it done by then but we will see

worked on smothing the body lines and the ruff spots when i chopped off the top with body filler worked pretty well to couble of flaws but its a pirate rod and got some gold going on had to dechrome all my parts (thanks to doctor cranky for showing me how) and switching to gold

man its a good thing i was wearing my sunglass i would have been blinded by those paint jobs very nice im yet to work on a shiny model yet im thinking that might be the next project.

this is the start of my 32 ford 5 window coupe. im going for a pirate theme mixed with a rat rod i feel that if a pirate came on land that this is the type of vehicle he would drive. its hard to see it now but once im finished you will be able to see the full effect. pictures of the engine without the wash done waiting to order from ak interactive to get my wash so it tones down the gold a little bit but all in all its slowing getting done.
