  3. Here is the first willys I've ever done im waiting on some red spark plug wires but other than that all done. very fun kit to build stress free i love it im sure ill be building more of these. hope you like.

    Taxi Rat

    Good im glad im not the only one who has watched that movie and it is a great movie. and no i don't think im gonna have lelou through the roof lol.

  13. Couple picture of the interior nothing special just wanted something pretty basic.

Here is my next project a 49 mercury done the cranky way. my vision came from the fifth element don't no if anyone has seen that movie but Bruce willis drives a taxi cab in the future and it reminded me of this car. so what Im planning on doing is taking this 49 mercury and making it a taxi cab from hell.

Here are some updated picture that i said i would post a while ago of the body with the clear coat and sanded and polished. sorry it took so long. and thank you for all the kind words well appreciated. and Im sure everyone has heard of Dr. cranky but if you hav'nt check out his YouTube channel damncranky666 i just recently got his book for Christmas and it is worth every penny.

Thanks guys and spraying nail polish is pretty simple to do i watched a couple of Dr. cranky videos on youtube on how to spray nail polished helped out a lot and it looks rough in that pic cause there is no clear on it yet i recently cleared then wet sanded and polished it and it is pretty shiny now ill post a pic of it on here
  17. Here is an update on my willys chassis all put together. i bought some of tamiyas weather master D kit to get the heat stained look on the headers work out pretty well i think hope you like.
  18. Just got done painting the willys turned out better than i thought still have to wet sand it down then clear it. I've never done a shiny model before this is my first any suggestions on clear i was just going to bbuy model masters rattle can clear.

  20. Thanks guys the color is actually nail polish that i bought at target i couldn't find the color i wanted in testor or model masters. Doctor cranky i was inspired by you for getting a willys and when i couldn't find the color i wanted i was watching your videos on nail polish so i thought i give it a shot.
  21. Here is the color i chose for my first willys. i wanted something different i tend to stick with darker color so im branching out a little.
  22. Popular kit to have this time of year i guess lol.....and carl im not going to leave it flat black im actually going to make this one shiny I've never done a shiny paint job so im testing the waters with this one.
  23. Bought this beauty about a week ago its the first willys I've done. Ive heard so many good things about these willys that i thought i try one for myself. just got done putting the primer coat on thought id go with the black primer this time something new.
  24. Great build doc I've been watching the videos of this one love how you made those wheels fit just goes to show ya you can build anything if you just put your mind to it can't wait to see what you build next
