  1. Got the Bronco wrapped up. Paint is Testor's one coat orange, kit decals, pretty much box stock, just a lot of detailing The chrome on the tailgate is from a Ford F-150 kit, I made the exhaust tip out of evergreen tube Under the hood, the Bronco got a lot of paint detailing, a partsbox air filter, and a dipstick made out of craft wire dipped in paint The inside recieved a scratch built roll cage, rebel flag headliner, coke can, and flocking The chassis was paint detailed, I added diamond plate mounts under the rollcage
  2. Got this build finished up! Heres a teaser
  3. Hey guys! Sorry it's been so long since I've posted, life got in the way! Here is some progress on the Camaro: I have a roll cage almost finished The shifter is from Replicas and Miniatures of Maryland I got the tires sanded and detailed, the wheels painted, window decals on, chute mounted and wired, and some burnout rubber on the quarters I also lowered the front end, it will have this stance when it's finished
  4. Awesome!
  5. cool, great burnout shots!
  6. Nice paint! Be sure to mock up the front suspension, my kit sat like a truck out of the box...
  7. Great builds, wish I could finish that many! I really like the F-Bomb Camaro and the Bronco!
  8. Kyle, the front wheels are prostars, avaliabe in older revell-monagram pro stock kits. I think you can get them in resin now. The rears are a centerline style I got from my parts box. More pics coming soon.......
  9. Great thanks!
  10. I'm gonna try to get some work done on them tonight, Jake, the sewer pipe comment made me laugh, I'll build the next one with two stacks!
  11. Hey everbody! I have not had much time at the bench lately, once the semester ended I went back to work full time. I did manage to get some work done on the chevys though: I'm working on getting the body smooth, still contemplating a standard cab conversion..... Kinda nice that this kit all ready comes with a shaved tailgate, but the way the rear fender extensions meet is very abrupt so I added some plastic to make the transition smoother: Onto Big Red, I have the front suspension mocked up, got the wheels and stack painted, and added bedcoat. Thanks to some of the members from MAMA, this is the first body I have ever tried to polish, it isn't done, but man will it be shiny! Bedcoat is actually the real stuff you can buy in a spray can from the parts store; NOTE: Rustolem truck bedcoat from Home Depot is the best I have used. This truck has Duplicolor bed armor and it did not work as well.
