Hi This is my first 3D printed car, It´s from AMF modelcars in Spain. Liked it very much! There are some issues with the 3D lines that are nearly impossible to remove on some parts. The fit is mostly great. It´s very different to build because you don´t have a manual as you are used to , mostly pictures how it will look when finished, so study the parts carefully. I added screws, nuts rivets, hoses, springs mostly around the engine.some weathering here and there. The seat is scratchbuilt. Painted with Tamiya TS-10 French blue. Thomas

Thanks Giovanni ? I´m glad you liked it ! Old racecars was never that glossy as today, thats right. I used Tamiya primer then Tamiya TS 9 British green and then Tamiyas clear on spraycans. I stopped using clear over decals a long time ago,you may ruin the decals if the clear is to hot, I put the decals in place after the clear is on. Then I mostly use Johnsons floorpolish, I use a wide brush and seals the decals with it. Works very well I think. I really like that the engine is so visible with that special bodywork ? Thomas

Hi Italeris second version of the Alfa Romeo 2300. I did some detailing with bolts ,rivets, cables, and also the reinforcement on the fender supports. The seat is made from a wallcovering. Painted With Tamiya TS-11 Maroon Thomas

Hi This is Doyushas old Stratos kit. I started with the body parts because I was worried about the decals but they worked well There is some fit problems with the body parts and some of the decals is not 100% correct . Only the rim for the sparewheel was in the kit so the tire is from my scrapbox I have added details parts here and there, mostly bolts, screws, hoses+fittings, wires and so on.The dash got some decals too. I gave the car some dirt, I know that some people doesn´t like it but I do Also I changed location on some parts , the batteri ( replaced it to one from my scrapbox) and also the fan under the front hood. My refs shows both locations was used. Thomas

It´s up to the modeler how much extras you want to have, there are new spoke rims out there on the market, but the kits looked good enough for me, this time ? ... I have one more in the stash.. There are rumors regarding Italeri is going to release a fender version too, thats nice ? I hope you will try the 1/12 scale sometimes, much plastic for the money ? and very satisfying to look at ? . Italeris Mefistofele and Fiat 806 is also very nice, old Protars with a little more job but looks very good in the end! Happy New Year from Sweden ! Thomas

Hi. This is Italeris new Alfa kit. A very good kit without major problems, just some ejection and sinkmarks to deal with. I choose to do the version that was driven by Helle Nice, a female driver from that era, I liked the color of that car ? The only modifications I did was that I molded in a rear view mirror and changed the little scoop on the hood. In the Algerian GP she used the #2 on her car so I could use the decals from the kit, I did then paint with a brush the decals with matt white so it would look hand painted as they were at that time.I have used differnt hex bolts on the engine and dashboard and rivets on the body, the seat covering is made from a wallpaper with an alcantara surface :-). Painting by Tamiya spraycan TS-15 and the lighter shade is called Ford Olympic blue, a color made for Belkits Escort MkI, thought that looked good Thomas
