  12. The record snowfall has been preventing me from using my spray booth. Not being able to prime and check the sanded parts is a real pain. New front and rear idler wheels have been fabricated. The fronts are 1-1/2” CPVC, cut to 17 scale inches wide, the rears are 1-1/4” CPVC, cut to 17 scale inches wide. All wheels are wrapped with (2) .020” X .250” styrene strips. .080 styrene is used for all centers: Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki The inner radius was made with Bondo glazing and spot putty: Hosted on Fotki Here’s a quick mock-up: Hosted on Fotki Modifications to the undercarriage have been made (not completed): [Hosted on Fotki Here’s some pics of the blade before any modifications: Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki The inside of the blade has been re-lined with .030” styrene to achieve a radius, and scored on the back and bent to simulate original: Hosted on Fotki After the addition of the wear plates at the base of the blade, a piece of .015” styrene was installed above them and will be blended in: Hosted on Fotki

  15. Excellent work Sean, this DR is a head-turner! I like your idea for the pogo stick and the Alclad came out great! What's your method of applying the Alclad?
  16. Jarda this is one amazing build! The detailing and weathering are top notch! The water piping and valves next to the drivers' seat shows the level of detailing you have put into this project.
