  1. The mirrors look good JT...great tip. This is the most difficult assembly for this kit (for me anyway)

  7. Wow Clayton, that's an impressive piece of machinery!! This is a great project to take on. You're correct in saying "take your time". I know you'll do an excellent job on it
  8. Thanks for the kind words. I have to say this project was born out of necessity. There are too few choices in the 1/24 - 1/25 scale for construction equipment. We're not as fortunate to have the selection that's offered in the 1/50 scale. It only leaves us with one choice...and that's to improvise!
  9. I know you'll enjoy this build Clayton. I'll make sure I keep taking plenty of pics
  10. Thank you Clayton and Terry. It's a "learn as you go" project that I really enjoy

  12. I like it Terry, very clever!
  13. Thanks Jeff. The trailer will be a 125 ton Rogers unit. Right now I'm working on a Bruder bulldozer and converting it to a D11 to use as the load. Here's the link for that project: http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=97889
  14. Super looking single axle...job well done Sean!
  15. I'm glad to see the hydraulic and air lines being installed. Keep taking great pics of these details. This is something I would like to attempt on future builds.
  16. The wet tank looks better closer to the cab. Two thumbs up on the ram!!
  17. Like Terry said, great fit. Nice work.
  18. Jeff you've certainly raised the bar! I've learned a lot from this build and thank you for sharing your tips on detailing. Keep up the excellent work!
