  18. this is my 1932 ford used a already build model i was never happy with and took the body ...and scratched the rest ... i have chosen a high gloss finish with a mild salt weathering , kind of best of both worlds .. and i did not want to overdo the salt and ruin it i made the front axle , steerable wheels , bonnet side panels , streamline nose , roof , window etc here is the build thread > http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=83925 first pictures , i will ad better ones in daylight later on i just updated this thread with some more special pictures , they are below in one of the posts
  19. bend some pipes from a corvette gasser kit , are now drying with some chrome paint on them
  20. thnx guys !! and david thats why i wil do only a minimal bit of salt weathering , i wont do any on the hood , roof and trunk , just on the lower part of the sides a bit like a mild spray from the wheels ... got the body mounted on the chassis , put the front wheels on.. rear wheels will sit more outwards i made shims and sprayed those chrome those are drying atm the weathering on the bottom , need to do some work to the middle section where the v is .. and on some earea's do a bit less white with the tudor put in the self made front window now i need to make exhausts , wanted to do that last so i could look at the ride hight and what way to lead the pipes
