    the pictures are all crappy due to teh artificial light and the fact my phone only makes sharp pics in daylight but ... did some drybrushing , did the white walls so they are less white , did the body like on the bottom and along the doorlines so you get light surfaces inbetween darker areas ... also gave the pinstripes a drybrush with dark brown , the white in there now is toned down and blends in better with the rest

    uuuhhmmm if you rant about people calling you a cheater .. at least thats what make up from the post .. then also include the story about what happened .. this looks rather weird to me and i guess all people who read this and dont have a clue what you are talking about

    sorry for the many updates but i washed , drybrushed the headlights with oil paint ..

    found some headlights and 2 matching lenses in the partsbox , they where a bit knackered but that kind of fits the theme anyway .. mounted them on steel pins a bit raised with a styrene rod inbetween them and painted them chrome on the car with a brush .. will get a wash later on

    some daylight pictures pinstripes on the bench some shots outside with a bit of sun without the sun the brown has got a different tone

    well first of all what a awsome kit and yes its almost becoming weird why kitbuilders dont build stuff like this in 1/25 i think they will be sold like hot cakes ... and where was i ?? still brewing inside ...lets say i saw daylight on the 6th of september 1975 so i guess i was born into the mc donald era lol hahahah

    about time haha i started the gasstation when i was about to finish this off ... it was sitting on the shelf all the time .. first time i didnt finish a build right away but now i kind of got real enthousiastic again ... today i have to think about some headlights .... find some / make some .. ooh and last night i ripped apart 2 of my rods and they are in pieces in a box .. going to rebuild them got a few cool idea's and those 2 where early builds and looking back i thought hmm ...

    i really really like it all the weathered parts look awsome .. one question though ? are you going to give the green steelies a wash ? because at this point they stick out and look very toy like .. not ment badly but the rest is all chipped and weathered those steelies need more depth and ...
