  1. Great bunch built already! Black series Benz, yum!
  2. Sweet cars. Hope to see more.
  3. That stuff has filtered down to NC. been above freezing once in last 3-4 days and a very light dusting of snow. Heard about that wreck this morning. Not good for at least three families.
  4. Someone likes Mustangs! Nice.
  5. Funny, I just read the Road and Track article on the real car. Yours look great!
  6. That is sweet! Love the details.
  7. I like 'em both too! How many miles are on your 928?

    70 Trans Am

I like it a lot. The color is deep and the wheels set it off.
  9. I think it needs more rear tire! Great color.
  10. Holy cow! Been watching the progress on this. Just a wonderful job you have done!
  11. Great looking car.
  12. LOL! Looks awfully good to me. May not be able to see yourself in the paint from 100yds but nice none the less
  13. That is fantastic! It looks so real
  14. Bill, I used Walmart cheap flat white spray paint that was sanded with 2000 grit sandpaper. The Rustoleum is slow to dry. I think it was between 4-6 hours before I could touch it. It dried to such a hard shine, that I barely put any polish on it the next day. Bruce, I didn't think to scribe the panel lines. I think the paint covers so well that a wash wouldn't show.
  15. Used this kit To resemble this car I'm not a "rivet counter" but this thing has quite a few inaccuracies. The interior and wheels appear to be from a previous or two generations earlier 911. The seats had more sinkholes in them than FL. Painted Rustoleum Maui Blue which appears pretty close to the factory Riviera Blue. Interior painted mostly in gray primer with Future used for seats, console, and panels. Chassis painted flat and semi-gloss black with metallic gray for the control arms.
  16. Wouldn't the Challenger and the Magnum be the same? They both represent the 6.1L SRT while the one in the AMT 300 is a 5.7L? It is a little odd with the header coming out the side of the block. As far as interiors are concerned I'm not sure on that. Here is the 300.
  17. James, nice trucks! I'm looking for a box trailer moreso than a flatbed. I saw a Testors kit on eBay, but based on what you guys have said, maybe I should look at the AMT klits.
  18. Like these?
  19. Is there a decent and relatively easy trailer out there that you guys would recommend to a newbie? It will go behind a Revell snap KW.
  20. That's kind of cool. I thought just the body would be in clear, not the whole thing.
  21. Nice color. Any interior shots?
  22. That rocks!
