  1. You're welcome Carl... Thanks Jonathan...
  2. Thanks Carl... Yes, I do like the kit... Honestly, I initially bought the kit just for the wire wheels to use on a lowrider, but once I got home and started getting ideas and mocking it up on various wheel and tire combos, I really got into wanting to build it...
  3. Very amazing work! That paint is just beautiful!!!
  4. Got the body in clear... I used Rustoleum crystal Clear enamel and I must say, I like it... My first time using it... Black washed the coil springs...
  5. Thanks Ray... It's not too late and I agree you are right... I started looking at it and I thought I should go ahead and do that... Thank you...
  6. Got the chassis and suspension almost done... Now time to work on painting the body...
  7. Thanks man,I appreciate it...
  8. This is the color I'm going with... Debating on a gray interior, black interior, or cream interior...
  9. Yes! I think a salt racer would be cool!
  10. Got some work done on the motor, chassis is painted, and suspension parts are in paint... Got the body in primer and almost ready for paint...
  11. Love the look of this! Those rims are clean!
  12. Yay! I'm the first to comment! Lol... That's dope! I love the color, and the motor and wheels really set this off!
  13. Thanks guys... I'm using the kit on the lower right...
  14. Thanks fellas... Ray, I figured you'd like this...
  15. Dale, that is freaking killer!! I love it bro! And that interior!
  16. Man that looks great! Love the worn tread...
  17. Oh yes! That's killer!
  18. Agreed, some foil would make a huge difference on this... And I would paint those interior tub tabs that are on the firewall the same color as the firewall... I love these old Rivis... Not a huge fan of the donk rims on this body style... Nice build though...
  19. Got this yesterday and couldn't wait to start work on it... Wanted to do a pro touring style build with this.... Based loosely on this pic I found on Google... Filled in the rear bumper holes... Since the holes were very small, I used Bondo spot putty, I rarely use this stuff for any filler due to shrinkage, but I feel confident that the small holes won't ghost after I primer... Engine has been started and block and transmission have been painted... Chrome parts for the engine and the exhaust pipes have been stripped with purple power... And a mockup using pegasus torque thrust wheels, 19s up front and 23s in the rear...
  20. Don't darken the windows... You've done all this work, it would be a shame to hide the interior... I would smooth the instrument panel and print up the new dash instrument panel and go with it...
