This is an original issue 72 kit. Built out of the box except wheels and tires. Paint is a new Toyota green that is similar to a factory green from 72. Has way better metallic than the original.

I got the decals on EBay . Star fighter I believe was the brand. -
I tried building this as a kid and failed miserably. I found this at a swap meet for 20 bucks so I decided to try it again. Built out of the box with exception of the decals. I think about 90% of the parts required some finessing to fit. But I’m mildly happy with the results.

This is one of Gerald’s resin bodies on a stretched AMT TBIRD chassis. Scratch built engine cage and some odds and ends.

Another one for the history books. MPC annual kit. Basically box stock aside from wheels and tires. Lowered a bit scratchbuilt exhaust tips.

They were definitely an issue!! -
This is the Revell issue. Out of the box. A nice kit to build. Slightly fiddly at the rear frame but not too bad.

Finished my 70 GTX today. Resin Johan copy with custom 3D printed wheels. Sitting on a AMT 69 GTX chassis.made a custom K member to allow it to sit this low. Need to put the front sway bar on I forgot about.
