  11. Thanks so much guys for the kind comments, they are greatly appreciated! Ray, yes I seriously doubt it could be driven on the street and the reason I went with the 6 in cowl hood is I was originally going to use a 2 in but the carburetor and air filter were too tall for it even tried to dremel enough out of it but still couldn't get enough clearance and the rest is history
  12. Hey Joe, the two fuel lines are music wire fitted into a piece of aluminum tube which is slightly crimped to hold the wire I know it looks larger than it really is I made the bends with one of the three step round pliers the music wire is extremely tough it's pretty hard to bend and I used some metallic blue craft paint for the anodized blue color, hope this answers your question, thanks for taking a look.

  19. Your welcome Tommy yes just a little putty will do the job and the thing about the headlights let me correct myself on that, I said after you trim off the stem from the lens to paint over it, what I should have said was you have to fill in the hole in the headlight bucket, I just take a piece of styrene rod and fill the hole you don't need much and you want it flush with the inside back of the bucket and then I just paint the end of the rod with silver cause if you paint the actual lens it will not look very good, I apologize for any confusion!
  20. Very nice Pat!
