This was the most fun I've had in a while. Most of it was parts boxes I have sitting around. Older three-window deuce body, frame, grille shell, and axles. The engine is a Revell Special Edition Charger Hemi with a parts box blower, misc pulleys and homemade blower belt with Sixx decals on it and the oil filter. Headers (and I use that term loosely) are scratch built from soler. Thanks for looking!

The front seats and console fit nearly perfect, but the center between the original rear seats had to be cut out to make room for the new rear bench.

It took a bit of fiddling, as many people have mentioned before to get the ride height where it belongs, but I think I'm close.

I like Foose, but I'm not always on board with his design cues so this is my rendition of his 67 Charger kit. I have some leftover parts from the Special Edition Challenger because I'm also building a Drag Pak out of that right now, and their new home will be in/on this car. Primarily the 6.1 Hemi, wheels and tires, and seats and center console. Thanks for looking!

Thank you all very much-I appreciate the kind words. -
Last Christmas I built a replica of one of two wreckers my Dad operated at a Texaco station back in the late 70's and early 80's. This year I tackled the other one. I had one 35 year old picture and my memory to go from-the original truck unfortunately was wrecked and painted to match the one I built last year. The cab, frame, and engine are from the Firestone reissue kit, the wrecker boom and floor are from the blue Captain Hook reissue, and the sides are scratch built. I ordered peel and stick decals from Kenny Anderson and gave them to my brother (Moparian) to touch up and make the necessary changes to match what I was building. Thanks for reading and looking.

That's an incredible piece of work Bill! You have shows coming up there? I'm not that far away from you if you'd care to PM me any info-would love to see that in person at a show! -
Nice looking start Scalper-got a couple "Awesome Bill" kits stashed away myself.

Very, very impressive Tom-can't wait to see more.
-
Thank you all again-I really do appreciate it. Tom, I'll get you the exact paint info ASAP.

Thank you all very, very much for the kind words and compliments. Tom, I believe Andy is correct about the number for those wheels from Modelhaus-it's been a few months since I bought them and can't seem to find the paperwork. I also forgot to mention the finned brake drums are from Scenes Unlimited-I like to make sure I give the correct credit to all the folks that produce these quality parts!

Here's the final product. BMF on the louvered decklid, scratch built visor, and a "Parts by Parks" wired distributor for a little extra detail. Thank you all for looking!

The windows are so small you really can't see what's going on in there, but the 1:1 has lots of aluminium going on so I used BMF on the floor, dash, and door panels.
