  11. Here's a project I'm almost finished with. Had some BMF issues so its been sitting for the last month or two while I work on other projects. I'll start with interior photos.
  12. Thanks Marc! Yeah this past year and a half has been busy, having two toddlers will do that. I got the seat pattern changed, I'm pretty happy with the results, just need to smooth out where the headrest used to be.
  13. OK, here's one I just got started on this weekend. Most of you know the issues regarding this kit. I am building this for a friend, he was born in 67 and always wanted a SS Camaro. I deepened all panel lines and started adding some that were missing, rear deck and lower front valance. I still need to open up the air ducts a little more on the front valance to better represent the 1:1. The seats in the kit are horrible, I will attempt to make these 69 camaro seats into a better representation of the 67 seats. I also sanded off part of the trim above the rocker panels. The hood is from MPC's 69 Camaro, its a little long and will require some shaving, and will be outfitted with 67 chevelle hood louvers. Hopefully I can add the side vent windows without too much trouble.
  14. Sounds like some very interesting projects. I'm in too, probably build a GTO, not sure which year. I could start that replica of my 70 GTO since I finallly got a nose to convert a 71. I'll post up progress when I have something.
  15. Back window and sunroof have been tinted... ..suck though I scratched the sunroof installing it and that is where Im at right now. I got the scratched piece out without too much damage to the frame. Now just to fab up a new window.
  16. Thanks guys! I think I seen your dually on the other site. So the bed been lined and I started the frame for the "sunroof".
  17. Thanks guys!! Dingo the stripe was done free hand just followed the ridge of the paint. Ok here is the interior, everything is just mocked in nothing has been glued in yet.
  18. Here's what I'm working on, Converting AMT's 84 GMC 4x4 in to a street truck. Been trying to get back into working on kits again so I had hoped this would be a quick build, yeah right Pat! I've only finished two models in the past two years. Just haven't had the time, with the new family and all, but I'm committed to making time again, so Ill start with this one. Been working on it for about a month now, Ill try and get you guys up to speed. Here's the body. Candy Red and Lime green. The green was done a couple year ago, the finish shows, slight runs and a couple spots on one side. I just added the red recently, not too concerned about being the paint being "perfect". Just trying to have some fun. clear coated polished stripe was done with a fine tip sharpie More soon.
  19. I've built two of these when I first got back into modeling. These two are both AMT's. I still have two Revelle/mono's to build yet.
  20. Beautiful Chevelle, two thumbs up here!
  21. Wow is right!! This is the nicest 66 I've seen, amazing work, just amazing! Hey any chance we could see a picture of the Nova and Chevelle together??

  23. The rims are from ARII 73 Challenger. Hard hat, darn I can't remember what kit I got those(there was two) out of. Usually when I open a new kit and see something I might use on a future build I add it to my parts bins. Thanks for hte comments guys!
  24. Fresh off the bench. This was supposed to be quick build and had hoped to finish before the end of last year. I encountered many set backs but managed to push through it and get it done.
  25. Dub- the under hood insulation is from a jewelry bag I got from the wife, not sure where one would aquire it, sorry I can't be of more help.
