  1. THanks alot guys! I mostly had trouble with the directions, or the lack there of. It gives the parts for a fenderless version but doesn't show in the directions how to build. I had to scratch a few item to make it look right, like a floor pan, gas tank, and modify a bench seat to fit. Thanks again!
  2. Very nice indeed, two thumbs way up here!!
  3. Here's my version of the Boyd issue. I really has a tough time with this kit as it was my first Hot rod build up.
  4. Nice to see something different once in awhile, good work!!
  5. That looks great, I like what you did with the rims!
  6. Great looking GTX, I love it in silver!!
  7. Hey, that looks good! It looks alot easier to decal than the WRC Corrolla Im working on. I have the same kit, hope it turns out as well as yours. Keep up the good work!
  8. Not that I didn't like them otherwise I would have never put them onLOL. I wanted to take it to a show and wanted it to be all stock so I changed them up and added 396 SS emblems that I got from Keith Marks. Plus I planned on building my Monogram version stock but I just aquired the Red Alert decals, so it will be drag not stock. I wanted at least one to be stock since Im a huge Chevelle fan. I really like your Chevelles Hans!! Keep us updated.
  9. Hmm lets see if I can recall. Rims are from Monograms 64 GTO. Rear tires are old monogram nascar slicks and the fronts are from Monograms 66 MAlibu Street rat. Thx Jeff!
  10. Here are my two 70 SS's Both are AMT. Both were built awhile back, the blue one was my first polish job, it now sports stock rims just haven't had the opportunity to take new pics of it.

  12. Nice work Jeff! I think it look great! I know its too late but the engine out of the Z28 Camaros would have been close enough to the 307. keep up the great work!!
  13. Reason I changed the tires was i only have a couple sets of those slicks, I wasn't about to use them on something I wasn't happy with. Thx! This is the Revelle version. Can't remember where I got the cragars from, sry.

Thats one sleek looking cat, nicely done!!
  16. All it would take is a change of rimsand tires. I would say its personalized not customized.
  17. Sweet looking Dart!! Love the color it really compliments those rims, which aren't my favorite but they really suite the build, great exacution!!!

  22. I started a model club for kids about a year ago, and we recieved a Make & Take donation from a friend on another board wich consists of 25 kits, here was my version. The kids really liked what I did to mine which I ended up giving to my sister. if your interested in seeing what the kids did with theirs check the link. Haven't had any new updates lately, they are getting more thorough with hteir builds so they wont let me take pics until they are done.lol http://www.briansmodelcars.org/kootenay/
  23. Here's another one I built in 03, it was a nightmare too. I ruined the best paintjob I ever did(back then). After i did a just did a quick paint job and threw on the last set of decals I had. I lost one of the side pieces during the stripping. I often think about redoing this one, but I think its a good reminder to not give up on that "perfect" paint job. Here's a shot of the paint just before I messed it up.
  24. Thanks guys!!
  25. Sorry I missed your question. The back tires are Nascar tires, I believe I got them out of the Monograms Squarebird combo.
