  1. I like what your doing with this one. Very nice scratch building all the way around. This will be a nice Camaro when its finished.

  3. Very nice
  4. It will be different for sure, its off to a good start. The pipes may be a bit to big though. Just my opinion but you don't want it to look like a cartoon custom unless thats the look your going for. Keep us posted.
  5. Yea your waisting time taking builds like this to an IPMS show if its not military they realy don't care about judging it. I speak my mind and I will say the judges must have been dumb to the fact that these are very nice and detailed SCRATCH BUILT models. Thats true model building at its best. Job well done on these.
  6. That came out nice and clean. Sometimes I wish I could build one right out of the box LOL.

  11. Cool Jod Art Maybe you could contact someone on a reissue of all four kits Hint,Hint, LOL It would be nice if they came back on the market.
  12. Revell of Germany kits are good to work on,the Petes or KW'S The Peterbilt doors open the KW's don't. Italeri kits come with the cabs broke down like panels you may not want to mess with one of those for the first kit.
  13. Nice build it looks real good.

  19. First off Brandan I'm not here to over ride your post,I'm just posting what I do here to help you and others instead of directing anyone elsewhere. If it becomes a problem just let me know. I'll go ahead and show you the out side of the frame before putty. This frame will be cut again around the sleeper area because I added a third axle even though its cut twice it will still have no sagging problems I set a bottle of 20 oz water on this one for a weight test and its just fine. Step 1 Pieces glued into gaps. Step 2 File the edge's square. Step 3 blend edge's with factory frame. Step 4 Putty and paint once thats done you'll never know the frame has been cut.
  20. Brandan This is the way I stretch my frames. I glue the strip inside the frame and let it dry. Then I fill the gap on the out side, after it dries I shape the out side to match the frame. The inside strip will halp keep the frame from breaking so easy,I have dropped one myself and it held with out a problem. As far as inside overlapping pass your cut frame a least a 1/4 inch at both ends works good. The frame in this photo is 1/16 scale so I overlaped it for the weight of the model to keep it from sagging. Once I get the out side shaped I can post another photo on here.
  21. Looks like its going to be a cool Pete
