  4. Nice and clean
  5. Very cool custom build man Black or Red would be my color for this if I was building it.
  6. The basics The color is Panzer gray even though it looks like a weird blue here. I have it finished but no photos yet.
  7. Thanks for all of the comment's everyone. As for the emblems they are decals from the kit. The bad thing is that I found a set of Photo etched part's that I got from Model Car Garage.com after I put the decals on. Check with him he has some very nice part's. His part's are well detailed and would look a lot better on there. Hope to have some progress photo's up soon . Got some seat's to detail and the interior will be finished.
  8. Very cool little build man
  9. Looks good and clean man
  10. Thanks for all the comments everyone. Monty The way I changed the grille was cut the ends off and tucked them in flush with the body. Then smoothed it out. Cut the turn signals out and will replace them with amber clear plastic. Cut the back side of the grille out and installed small strips of plastic rod in the empty space. I know they are open on the real car but I want this one to stand out from the crowd. And the same thing was done to the back bumper I'll show it later when I get more done. In doing all of that of coarse the chrome gets messed up so I went with painting it Gun Metal to blend with the black. As for the paint it is Testors Model Master and Model Master High Gloss All from the can very thin coats and wet sanding. And Mike your right about Black Paint, its a Beauty and the Beast thing LOL. But I like it when it works out right
  11. That is a very sharp looking Pete Dennis It's turning out real nice
  12. I've been trying to stay with this one untill its finished. Too many unfinished and been thinking about stop building, for a while now. So maybe this one will change my thought's if I can finish it. Scratch built coil, ing.box and a few decals under the hood. Changed the kit grille and still have a little more to go in order to get this one done. I'll list all the extras when it's finished. Earl
  13. Nice build
  14. I have built one myself and they go together pretty good. However if you plan on keeping it chrome be very careful because it will rub off real easy.
  15. Very nice work man
  16. Looks like a good start
  17. Any time you find a complete kit for $5.00 it's a good deal.
  18. This is a very nice build for your second build. Your skills will improve with every build. You said the first one was in bad shape and you pointed out the problems with it. And you overcame those mistakes with your second one. Skills 101/ Mistakes learned and corrected.
