  1. Good looking build, the trailer came out nice.
  2. The build looks good as always Tim but I can't get use to that color. However thats the way it is when you build them the way they realy look. Keep up the good work.
  3. This is what I built with one of the revell trailer's that your going to use. The rack on the truck is scratch built it's my second one that I built. The Tri Axle is not needed but I just liked the way it looked. This is what they call a Stinger style setup. It has 1/24 and 1/25 scale car's on it also.
  4. If this is your first paint job ever it came out real good. If it's your first time with a two tone it is still nice other than the bad spot on the fender Very good build either way
  5. I did one time just to see and it was 260 real hours of building. Thats not counting time thinking it through and time spent looking up research. And it took 230 pieces to build the scratch built part's to get the model done. 13 kit parts not included in the 230 above. The kit was a 69 Chevelle and I may never do it again.
  6. That is a great build along with all of your other build's Christian
  7. The only way to say anything that covers everything done on this model is Great work. Even though I don't weather my trucks because I build them as show trucks, your's has the right touch. I will have to use your photo's when I build a regular road truck. Thank's for showing these
  8. All fourTyrone Malone kits would be nice
  9. Welcome I'm not as good as some others here either Do'nt let that bother you. Build and enjoy and show them off. If you need help just ask
  10. Thank's to everyone for the help.
  11. There was a site that had an on line caculater that would convert 1-1 measurements to whatever scale you needed. Scale motor cars.com Well I can't get on there anymore. Do's anyone know of a site that has one on it? Or tell me if I'm doing something wrong to get to the site.
  12. Yes they do. It realy is a home on wheels. I have a couple of these and may just have to build one like it.
  13. I think of something and go with it. I have many photo's on my files as a cool build idea one day. Will they ever get done? Probably not. Right now I have two built custom rigs and another wip going on. The custom rig thing is what I want to do now,and I have plenty of them planed out. If I plan to much the time factor enters and then the fun of the build go's away I get started and then it sits forever and never gets done. I plan on starting two custom car haulers loaded with nine cars each. After I finish my current wip. Thats 22 models and a lot of scratch building. Hoping for a year to finish but thats probably not going to happen. However that is a lot of different custom cars and pick ups to build so it's not like working on the same kit all the time. I did keep up with real time working on a car I did. Not counting researching that was done. And a count of pieces it took to build the parts I wanted for that build. Real build time 260 Hrs Pieces to build the parts 230 example 8 pieces for one air ride shock Kit parts used 13 After that build I said I will never keep up with that again
  14. I don't get mad about it either. As for installing glass try some masking tape that helps.
  15. Very nice build man And I have a few of these myself and your right about fit issues. However with what I have learned as I improved my skills,I can now build them better and fix the fit problems.
  16. Nice clean build
