  1. To fix the axle some super glue may work, that's a bad place for a broke axle. I think it's a cool deal with you rebuilding some of your Dad's kit's. There coming along good.
  2. Nice clean build
  3. Nice job
  4. This is a very cool build. I have seen photo's of real rat rig's and even though I don't build rat rods I plan on doing one,one of these day's.
  5. It's all about what you want to build A Stock truck or a custom truck
  6. I saw these when they first came out. They look real good and I had Jim make a set of rims for a 1/12 Camaro of mine. His work is well worth the price,my problem is no money. I will buy a set or two of these if I ever get back on track. .
  7. Looks real nice Weathering looks real good also Earl
  8. The strectching of the frame depends on the use of the truck or for show trucks. The large sleepers are for month's on the road and there set up like an apartment, inside you have everything you need. Shower, microwave, stove, fridge, and you can even wash and dry your clothe's also.
  9. Midnight Rider Details Scratch built long hood,Cab was stretched for extended cab like pick up truck's have The sleeper was to kit top's put together then side's were scratch built the top was covered with a solid piece of evergreen plastic then shaped. The rear deck was scratch built. Air cleaner's,Fuel tank's,Battery box's,Pipe's,Bumper were all scratch built The Turbo wings came from Porky at P&P Resin's they were wraped with K&S Stainless sheet metal. The Pete emblem's came from Model Car Garage
  10. Midnight Rider Here is one that I stretched and dropped as if it was at a show. As far as legal lentgh I can't tell you All I can say is build it like you want to.
  11. Another bad boy from Tyrone on the way. Looks great man
  12. Here's a set I designed and Jim did a great job on them FRONT REAR
  13. Pretty cool bug Chuck The two tone makes it stand out and looks better than a solid color to me.
  14. I've seen it done that way and it looks real. But you have to sand very lightly or all work for the effect is lost.
  15. This one was built a while back
  16. Your just passing on free imfo not selling it,no copy right problem I would like to know how to get the kit right myself Thanks
  17. It's already been said and here it is again VERY NICE BUILD The colors blend together very nice. Good job
  18. Build it for him or as someone else said give him my e-mail and send him my way. I built a car for a guy and when he saw it he thought it was to low of a price for the build. He was glad to pay $275.00 for it. Not bad for a 1/25 scale kit As for your time involved you never realy get that out of the sell. Lets us know what you do.
  19. I just got ripped off for about $400.00 worth of kit's by [Joshua Galyen Discoduck78] another so called model builder So I realy know how you fill and it sucks big time. I hope over time you'll be able to replace the lost kit's. You can go on ebay and other selling sites and look them up. Then find out where they are being sold from. If the seller's location is in your area thats probaly who has them. Also if you and friends have talked about the value of them thats another place to check.
  20. Post some photo's of it so we can have a look at it. Good or bad do'snt matter thats how you learn and show other's little trick's of the hobby.
  21. This is a very nice build the details just make it better. I have two of these myself and I'm glad I ran across your accurate details that will make it more like the real one. Thanks for showing us.
