  3. Building a 1//8th scale T Bucket and I want the script on the tailgate and radiator housing white. Any tips on the best way to do this ? Than You
  4. I build a lot of T Bucket projects and use evergreen square tubbing glue across from one side to the other with Canopy cement. Helps support the body and gives a handy spot to attach to when painting. Peels off when done.
  5. I have tried both, I think I like the half round better but it may be tough to do Dimond Tuck.
  6. Anyone now a source for 1/8th scale T Bucket pinstripes in white ?
  7. I couldn't find much in the search but anybody have any experiance with FusionFirm Chrome paint ? In the video I did find it stated the clear coat was like Alclad Auqa Klear. The gold did not do so well as to shine

  10. Very good info there. I have 2 Iwatas , NEO & Eclipse, 2 Badger Patriots and a Passche H with a #3 tip. I normal use MCW lacquer or Createx Candy20 on 1/2th cars. My thoughts are with the larger paint surfaces do I need to use something larger ?

  15. I think I feel disrespected. Glad there so many forum experts on here to keep us clueless in line
  16. Mine was the Revell Roth Outlaw in 1963. It turned out so bad I am surprised I didn't give up on the hobby right then and there. I have a few of the Outlaw kits in my stash by haven't brought myself to build one LOL
  17. Thanks for all the insightful answers. I think my question has been answered. Thanks again for all the responses
  18. Has this ever been considered ?
  19. I like the Cragars but also the Ansens
  20. I checked them out. My pockets are not deep enough for them
  21. I have a Golden T and it has a lot of Gold Chrome. What would be the best way to change it to regular chrome ? The only thing I can think off is stripping it and using Alclad on it but it really falls short of looking like real chrome, especially on a 1/8th scale Rod.
  22. I have decided to use the pullies from the kit .
  23. That is what I may need to do
  24. Any place carry 1/8th scale Engine Pullies ? Some resin parts do not do well in shipping.
