  1. Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, etc.
  2. Nice to see people watch the show, too!
  3. I've got a set of those wheels!
  4. So messed up I want you here In my room I want you here Now we're gonna be Face-to-face And I'll lay right down in my favorite place
  5. Badfinger's 'Come and Get It' was written by Paul McCartney, the one who turned Apple Records onto Badfinger.
  6. Reality is in the mirror in a costume Thrown out of the front door of The Viper Room Cruisin' past the cars on the Sunset Strip All the famous friends and their ego trips
  7. Lady Gaga's new album with Tony Bennett is spot-on.
  8. Is that a Jimmy Bond movie?
  9. Also Ring Dings. Hockey is a fun game, both to watch and play. "I went to the fight last night, and a hockey game broke out."
  10. I think it's unfair that football gets more attention than hockey
  11. Take this to PM, or end it now. I hate when these threads get locked over pointless arguing. I've never been to a show. Closest ones are in Massachusetts, and they're not very common.
  12. After school, sometimes it's just great to be able to build or apply putty to cars like I have been doing lately. I went from a full tube of Tamiya putty to about an eighth of a tube, and I'm still not done with all the putty work I have to do. I'm in over my head a little on some things, but I can see the finish line, and that's what keeps me going.
  13. I got no clue.
  14. Just finished watching Scorsese's Taxi Driver. Great movie. I would recommend it to anybody.
  15. Great song, innit? Love the guitar.
  16. Wanted to revive this "Hey, Manny! Lookit da pelican! Come on, pelican!" *flamingoes on TV fly away*
  17. This is a little-known song from a famous band. So simple and not really meaningful, but most likely my favorite of theirs. I'm sure Harry knows it. "Motorcars, handlebars Bicycles for two Broken-hearted jubilee Parachutes, army boots Bicycles for two..."
  18. How about a set of small tractors, like a Cub Cadet, a Wheel Horse, and a Terramite all-in-one? They're not too recent, but certainly cool. Just looked up some Terramites, and it turns out they still make them! Wouldn't want a new Cub Cadet, still. Any tractor with plastic body panels is a no-no. If you can't ran the tractor into a tree in half-speed without cracking the nose, you don't want it
  19. Couple days ago I got some new Testor's sanding films to replace my MIA ones and the roughest grit one that self-destructed. Also got a bottle of markdown Tamiya brush paint. Royal blue, I think. Cracked cap; older, slightly yellow label, paint still fresh; $2.00!
  20. New one from a (relatively) old band. "I was chasing down the days of fear Chasing down a dream before it disappeared I was aching to be somewhere your voice Was all I heard I was shaking From a storm in me Haunted by the specters that we had to see Yeah, I wanted to be the melody Of the voice above the hurt I was young, not dumb Just wishing to be blinded By you Brand new We were pilgrims on our way Woke up on the moment when the miracle occurred With a song that made some sense out of the world Everything I have ever lost now has been returned The most beautiful sound I ever heard"
  21. Living without You by Harry Nilsson I'm listening to her version right now. It's not too bad Obviously not the same range as Nilsson, but the raw essence is retained, albeit no violin like the original... Still awesome!
  22. Best bass line, like, ever. "Don't get too tired for love Don't let it end Don't say goodnight to love It may never be the same Again Don't say it Don't say it Say anything But don't say _______ ______" Also! "I'm on my way To the city lights To the pretty face That shines her light on the city nights And I gotta catch a noon train I gotta get there on time Well, it feels so good to know she waits at the end of the line" Another! Probably the most bummer song ever. "No, I can't forget this evening Oh, your face as you we're leaving But I guess that's just the way the story goes You always smile But in your would you sun will show Oh, yes, it shows No, I can't forget tomorrow When I think of all my sorrow When I had you there but then I let you go And now it's only fair that I should let you know What you should know... I can't live..."
