  1. I sent an email early this morning because I was up It was around three or something... Got a reply within half an hour with a price chart for everything. Somebody wanna front me €80 plus S&H? If I get enough I would really like to get one.
  2. More info and a video here: http://jalopnik.com/this-old-saab-motorhome-looks-like-a-kitty-loaf-1590776530
  3. Nice to see old steamers resurrected, like what is happening with MEC 470, the last steam train to run in Maine.
  4. Got really bummed out. There was a Tandy 1000 for free on Craigslist with the monitor and everything. Emailed the guy... Gone.
  5. Yeah! No roof, red paint, white and red interior, and this for a sticker on the rear window
  6. Yep. That's what I did. When you go into Photos, do Edit and rotate them so they're upside down.
  7. First one is Safety Dance by Men Without Hats.
  8. Right section? I mean it's built on a Saab 92 chassis... wellidanoh... Anyways! I've been looking for a motorhome kit in 1/24 or 1/25 scale. I couldn't find one that I liked. Really, I couldn't find one. So then I thought to make one. Even though they're really quite boxy, (the style I'm looking for, think Winnie Brave/Indian) it's too many corners for me to deal with. Enter this: the Saab 92h. Built on a Saab 92 chassis! Zero corners, so looks easy enough to replicate. And the roof is streamlined! The sides are flat! Everything is flat! I estimate I could make it with five big pieces of styrene.
  9. On the other hand, chocolate dipped ants are actually quite good.
  10. I love these cars. A singing two-stroke engine, burbling idle, bubbly body shape.... So naturally, I sought out a model kit of it. I found that Air-Trax made one. Anybody know if you can still get em? If not, anybody got one?
  11. Did you take them on an iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad? On my iPad, I have to take them with the home button to my right, otherwise they're upside down.
  12. I made a huge tower out o dirt in Minecraft earlier. I fell off it and died, then I had respawned way away from my city. I had to find my way back through trial and error. Half an hour of walking through deserts, taigas, and forests... Swam across an ocean and then I was back!
  13. They have adapters y'know
  14. This Parkerized Colt 1911 is what I consider to be gunmetal, but y'know it can be shiny too, like a 'Cuda had gunmetal that was like this.
  15. They get upset because it's something they don't like. And I think they should have the right to block it. Like on Facebook, you can block people who make comments you don't like.... ...block TV shows that have principles you don't like.... Et cetera.
  16. I build it until it seems right. Then it goes on the shelf and gets broken Then in a while I'll find it again and bring it to the bench for maintenance... Repeat cycle.
  17. Only thing is, by doing the price limiter, you might miss a big lot of kits for $30 or so; the same price as some idiot with two mirrors has priced his thing at....
  18. Hey, every penny counts!
  19. Go to Circle K! A 24oz coffee is around $1.75, and if you get a coffee punchcard, you get a free one every seven purchases!
  20. Don't they always.
  21. Who likes games? You like games? Yeah? Play dis! Like games where you fight monsters? Like games where you build stuff? Like games where you raise animals? Like games where you blow up the world? Do it all in Minecraft! I, myself, like to build cities. The current one I have here is made on my iPad. It's been going for a few months now. There are versions of Minecraft for iOS, Android, Mac, PC, Linux, and Raspberry Pi. The iOS version set me back about eight bucks, and man is it fun. You should definitely give it a try.
  22. You could go the other route and put a Corvair engine in it...
