  1. Finally an update! So I have finished the chassis and interior and started the wood tray there will be pics of the interior and chassis in the next couple of days I have also decided to swap the engine for something a bit more powerful.
  2. Thanks Jose for the links I thought I would show a picture of the model too see what will be neded and whether the resin kits will help get the desired stance.
  3. Sorry for the long time between updates but I have had camera problems. I have finished the floor and firewall using only scrap pieces of plastic next on the list is drivetrain and interior.
  4. Sometimes I wished I lived over there in america I can't find models like these over here anywhere
  5. Here's what I do i take a flat surface and put a very light coat of coat of paint on it and then lightly press the part with the lettering.

I have being looking on some full size Chevy forums and seen what they have done and I have decided not I am going with a .live axle conversion thanks heaps Jose for your opinions and reference pictures and look forward to your project. The next few things I have to do is learn how to do leaf springs and find some nice detailed diff's fr the front and back
  7. Thanks Jose I am thinking of two ways to deal with the front suspension: 1. Replace the irs with leaf springs which is not uncommon. 2. Fully scratch build suspension but I don't think my skills will allow it
  8. Hi has anybody on here lifted an amt 2005 caddy escalade I want to do it to mine and have no idea where to start your help will be greatly appreciated.

  10. Well my mustang has broken so I am changing mine to a 69 chevelle with crude tow truck beam and cutting torch
