The gto arrived today plans are to swap the motor for a Chevy with a C6 transmission and weathered paint

That's fine join in I am doing a 69 mustang with a custom made tray and Pontiac engine

Well the kit arrived today man is there some flash in it the engine is pretty poor so might swap in a Chev with a ford toploader gearbox

Hi this is an idea of mine to do a community build for junkyard runners. A junkyard runner is a car that is used to get around a junkyard to get parts. If this goes ahead there will be only two rules which is that the car must not be utility based and to have fun. Although it might not look like it but much progress made with this the front suspension and rear suspension are detail painted and mounted the wheels have also being mounted with only different brakes in the rear. The bonnet and boot have also being hinged. Not far to go now just have to finish painting the doors,hinge doors,finishing touches on engine and attach body trim. Seeing as you are a cobra guy put a Shelby engine in and put cobra style stripes now that would look cool!
