  1. I wonder who ended up with that Detroit. I think that guy might have put it in a DR.
  2. That looks like a Ca legal spread axle 53'er.
  3. Hey, your makin a pretty nice representation of us here in the So Cal desert. Very nice.
  4. I need to get 1 of them mini sand blasters. Thats way better than burying them in the dirt.
  5. Here ya go. Gets you the idea of what a ride would be like. http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=_BHE8z8xRUc
  6. Heres a Pete Limo. With a C16 and well north of a 1000 horse. This truck was built the Bothelo brothers out of Los Banos, Ca. They also built the slammed roadster 379 Pete.
  7. This is cool. Im gonna pay attention, i might learn something. Looks good so far!
  8. Its been rumored it will be reissued. Ill definitely be getting a case.
  9. Thats way cool. Looks like a drillin company just got a brand nee piece of equipment. Very nice job, as usual.
  10. Saw this when i had to run to the store for fresh fruit the preggo wife was craving. Thought it looked kinda cool.
  11. Some reason i thought he wrote 358. Guess i needed a nap more than i thought.
  12. Im gonna give this 1 a shot. It will not be box stock. Im gonna go for a streetable rock crawler. To me, the tires are too big for this to sit at kit height. I dont like the kit roll bar. The kit bumpers look ok, might stick with em, maybe not. Fenders will be modified.
  13. Welcome aboard.
  14. The intake system under the hood might be a bit tricky. But the 2nd breather wouldnt be big deal, just some scratch work. Make 2 matching breathers, cut a piece of sheet styrene to match the the passenger side, then notch the hood.
  15. Nice collection! But your missin some big trucks, LOL.
  16. This is gonna be cool. FXI is a local company to me. Ill be watchin.
  17. Lookin good Jesse. Its amazing what can be done with a mish mosh of stuff. You and crew are coming along.
  18. This is too cool. I really like the equipment. It all looks really good.
  19. When there available ill take the 389 and 379, about 6 of each. So thats 12 pieces. It may not at once but close.
  20. I did a search and found a flyer. It said vendor apps available at a later date. Im probably the only 1 a little bummed on this, no truck category. Oh well.
  21. Or if your brave, alter the dual drive.
  22. The AMT van trailers and flatbed are your best bet, next finding a glue bomb or discount on ebay. Heres my Ca Hauler with the AMT flatbed. I added scratch built quarter fenders and the reflective DOT tape, otherwise its box stock. Another Ca Hauler i built. I used the AMT beaded side van trailer. Its all box stock. It comes with a nice decal sheet. Here is my snap pete. I switched the wheels and tires for moebius, lowered, shortened, scratch visor, stacks, and bumper, resin fenders. These kits are good to start with. I think of then as a blank canvas for creative freedom. Theyre affordable, easy to put together and allow a builder to try new things on big truck kit. Im gonna be starting a KW soon, maybe after i finish what i have going now.
  23. So just as i figured, at 10 axles, mine is almost double overkill. From what i gather the D8 dozer is is lighter than the payhauler. But still too big for the AMT lowboy. So i guess the John Deere backhoe and dump truck would be perfect for the AMT lowboy, if they would fit length wise.
