I learn something new here everyday, thanks for the info. -
What media are you working with? Oils, watercolors?

Just from looking thru your progression I can see your skills improving with every painting. Very impressive! Keep up the great work man.

If I didn't spend my money at stores with whom I don't agree with their views, I would be in really bad shape. I don't think I'd be able to keep fuel in my car lol. -

Sometimes those who claim equality are the least tolerent of anyone and anything that doesn't believe the same as them. Last time I checked this was America, you know, that place where people are allowed to think, say or believe, as they wish. Seems that what used to make this country great is now what tears us apart. War could break out in this world at anytime, but we are too busy fighting amongst ourselves to be united as a strong nation. Not trying to get political here, I just think its ironic how hypocritical some people are who claim equality and personnel rights etc. -

Ya they don't carry any one specific item and you never know what you will find. Kinda a first come first serve thing. I always buy all the car kits they have on the shelves, usually 2 to 5 kits. I got an Iwata hpm2 airbrush for 50 bux in perfect condition. Just never know what you will find so its always a treasure hunt for me. I do live in Oklahoma and I think their HQ and distribution center is located here. I don't know if they originated here or not off the top of my head. And if the music is religious, at least at my hl its always instrumental like elevator music so you would have to know religious music to recognize the songs. At least at my local hl's. -

I don't understand this notion, Hobby lobby doesn't hire people to approach customers and push their religious views on them. I don't know why people think this. I live in the bible belt and have been to hobby lobby thousands of times and never had anything pushed on me or put in my face in any way whatsoever. Smh. If they did do this, the probly wouldn't be in business still honestly. -

I see people saying their hobby lobby doesn't have BLAH_BLAH_BLAH_BLAH for models. Each store is different, my local Hl has a HUGE selection of model cars (probly 50+ car kits alone, and a lot of really good ones. Huge selection of testors paints, glues, epoxies, putties, and other models like planes, helis, tanks etc. There's a hobby lobby outlet store here (like the ross or marshels of hobbies) where they send their sample and no longer carried products and I get a few models a week there for 6 to 8 dollars a pop. That's like 60 to 80% off on brand new unopened models lol. Can't even buy them that cheap on ebay, Craigslist, or online. Love that darn store! -

Wow, this car is very realistic. Like other commentors, I thought I was looking at a real car as reference picks untill I realized it was the model. Fantastic job!

Really nice Elco, I really like your paint choices on this one. Minions rule as well

Thanks everyone, anyone know or heard of any model clubs in Oklahoma? -
Did you modify the stance of the car or is that how it sits oit of the box?
-
I just picked one of these up on clearance, I like your version a lot better than the box stock look. I wasnt thrilled with how this model looks but I think yours looks really good and I may shoot for a theme more like yours than what the box shows. Nice build!
