  1. No doubt where the resin items were lifted from.
  2. I can see the conversion possibilities from the post 1955 GMC 100 pick up, but is a resin conversion out there?
  3. Hey Porky, great stuff. But what we really need is some 1/32nd scale 2 and 5 hole wheels and solid rubber tires.
  4. Thanks all for the complements. As I stated, I posted photos of this model sometime ago, I think these are better shots. It was one of the models I built soon after I returned to modeling way back in the early 1990s, The engine is the twin turbo Cummins that came with the kit. The flat roof is from a modeler named Alan Royer. He offered truck aftermarket items in the late 1980s to mid 1990s. The Revell "Trucks of the World" series are still some quality kits.
  5. Interesting information.
  6. I posted this model a while back. I found some additional photos.
  7. $45 dollars for a 35 year old kit? Bran new Moebius kits can be found for $60.
  8. Looks good. How about the high rise sleeper?
  9. This is the DD 60 I installed in the Freightliner in my avatar. It is a CFC item offered before Italeri offered theirs. It also has authentic DD engine paint. At the time of installation, no detail decals were available (late 1990s). I was going to print them using my Alps printer but I wanted to get the project completed. It still isn't compete!
  10. When will you offer the 9200 conversion. Thaose are good for fleet subjects.
  11. So the latest generation of cabs are the Starlight?
  12. cargostar supposedly is to have a 9200 conversion at some point.
  13. He must be into his late 70s. Yes, I remember when he switched over to 1/50th scale models. I remember seeing several of his models in the magazine "Wheels of Time."
  14. Ok, Lou was the Table Top Trucker. What about Ken Conklin and Tim MacDonnel.
  15. This would be a nice modification
  16. The original Auto World catalog, in the model truck section had a photo of a truck and trailer with the Swanson logo on it. Anyone remember?
  17. Is the Tidewater Trucker, Lou Kroack still around?
