  1. Nice work. I like your style. I'm with you, I like the utilitarian, fleet look of truck models. You don;t see enough of them.
  2. You may contact them via telephone if that is not too expensive.
  3. KFS Nooteboom trailer:
  4. If you require detail information on any Mack truck subject, the Mack Trucks Historical Museum is more than willing to send you information.
  5. I thought KFS offered a Euro style Nooteboom brand trailer.
  6. Great stuff. I used them on the Freightshaker in my avatar. He told me a while back that he didn't have any left. BTW, the Kangaroo slotted muffler guards are a dead ringer for Freighliner guards. Ben, what is the catalog number on those badges?
  7. Not in to wild customs, but this is tasteful and nice! Those wheels are hot.
  8. Klaus, the Beall tanker is, in my opinion, one of the two best North American styled trailer models. The other being the original Ertl Great Dane reefer and dry van. I hope you can use your influence at Revell of Germany to continue to offer accurate modern North American truck model kits.
  9. This is a question we ask of you on how Revell of Germany and Italeri choose there truck model kits?
  10. Thanks for keeping us abreast of the progress!
  11. How about the Ertl Great Dane Van trailer, Ertl dump trailer and the Revell auto hauler?
  12. Even though the kit isn't due for three months, I can't stop fantasizing about the Lonestar with this trailer!
  13. Looks great. Yes, the correct color for the engine is gold, but according to a Cruise-Liner brochure I have, the 300hp 'high torque-rise" version is red.
  14. I guess some people are allowed to express their opinion and others aren't. My apologies
  15. What I first noticed when observing the side by side comparison of the trucks on Tim's post is how light years ahead Italeri and Moebius are with their models. The AMT and Revell Snap kit look crude. Second, the Lonestar model seems to have an extra long frame. Longer than any actual subject I have seen on the road or in photographs. For some reason when paired up with a 1/25th or 1/24th scale van trailer, the scale differences are made more apparent. To the casual truck modeler that is happy making fantasy tractors with over sized sleepers or freakishly unreal multi axles, this may not make any difference, but to modelers wishing to recreate a scale representative of the real thing, this will matter.
  16. Isn't that the same Paulie from the movie "Rocky"?
  17. That came out really nice! I thought the opening scene was the real tractor. What is that the theme from St. Elsewhere?
  18. Come on Tim! To use your words, "Not enough shelf space!"
  19. Always love those models of actual subjects!
  20. Great work! Love those Euro 6 x 2 trucks.
  21. Nice details. Tractor trailer lines. Are those Photocut nuffler guards?
