  10. Wouldn't agree with much of that from a personal point of view. I built a handful of their 1/32 hot rod kits in early 1970s and enjoyed them. The name (or packaging) didn't bother me and the UK prices were, for a teenager at the time, acceptable. steve PS Apologies for going somewhat off-thread.
  11. Not being able to go to a 3-day heavy metal festival (booked & paid for) because daughter decided to move house and Mum & Dad are needed to help, plus babysit grandaughter. steve

  14. Whose model is it? Thanks steve
  15. Is there any chance of this being reissued? In the exact form it was then? I had one in the early 1970s and the prices I have seen for originals are well beyond my budget. Cheers steve
  16. Scale-Master, This is an absolutely incredible piece miniature model engineering but, as you said in your WIP thread, as a bit of a purist, I do prefer the original shape... Sill staggering stuff though! steve
  17. Totally correct Kevin. Couldn't agree more. steve
  18. Would a vehicle in this state be legal on the road in the US? It certainly wouldn't be in the UK! Nice modelling by the way. steve
  19. Welcome to another resident of God's own county! steve
  20. Roadracers-Jowett Jupiter steve
  21. As a returning modeller without endless 'spares' boxes, this kit looks the bee's knees. Just hope it's available in the UK or via mail order from over the Pond. steve
  22. "Strike 3"" Oh dear, that's awful. The original takes a lot of beating. steve
