  1. I'm a member of the Classic Horror Film Board and I remember that thread. It's not Thordis Brandt. Her schnozz is a lot bigger and has thinner lips than the woman in the white dress. Another possibility, as was mentioned here in a previous post, is Lee Parrish. I understand your point about the footage; but, the clips from the opening credits were all taken from the first season episodes which were already in the can before the show debuted on Sept. 16, 1967.
  2. Rachel Ward.................
  3. Diane (Marguerite Empey) Weber's father was Arthur Guy Empey. Artie did it all. He was an American soldier in the British Army during WWI, author, actor, screenwriter and movie producer. I have two of his books, "Over The Top" and "The Madonna of the Hills: A Story of a New York Cabaret Girl".
  4. Not a problem, Scott.
  5. Just give him a light coat of tuna fish oil and he's good to go. TEEN EXPLOITATION MOVIE ALERT!!!!!!! "High School Hellcats", starring Yvonne Lime is on right now on TCM!!!!! MUST-SEE-TV!!!!!
  6. I'd like to, Bill; unfortunately, I'm drycleaning my cat, Fmeep, at the moment
  7. Barbara Steele. Patty McCormack was perfect in "The Bad Seed".
  8. Since you seem like a good egg, I spent the last 6 hours combing through a list of everyone who has ever appeared on "Mannix. The woman in the white tennis outfit to which you refer is in this picture: I narrowed the possibilities to three blondes who appeared in the first season. The reason that I chose the first season is because that is where the clips for the opening credits are from. Anyway, here are the three possible candidates: Laraine Stephens Brooke Bundy Jennifer Billingsley
  9. Thanks for the link, Harry. Those are some nice kits. I'm going to get the Berlin tram. I'm planning to visit the New York Transit Museum again in the next couple of weeks. They have a comprehensive collection of handbuilt trolley, trackless trolley and buses on display. If you're interested, I'll take pictures and post them here.
  10. That's Christina Hendricks. She was in "Mad Men". I first saw that photo in the N.Y. Daily News about five years ago. She looks like every other Goth chick who hung out at CBGB's, along the Bowery and at Trash & Vaudeville on St.Mark's Place back in the 1980s and 1990s, which isn't a bad thing. I personally like that look.
  11. Diana Rigg made a cameo appearance earlier in this show. She can stop by anytime she feels like. Julia Child, Epicurean Assassin.
  12. Mamie in "Vice Raid":
  13. Mamie Van doren, of course! From one of my favorite teen exploitation flicks, "Untamed Youth" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MBp99SZ0YMs
  14. Yup, gotta agree. Too bad that the band doesn't tour much, though.
  15. Ditto what Ray said. Pretty darned nice for an express job.
  16. What a great looking model, Harry. I love old streetcars and trolleys and this is a beauty.
  17. Scorpions were a great band. I have RCA Records studio tapes from the mid '70s buried somewhere. I got those when I worked as an engine room helper in the building where RCA's Manhattan recording studios were located. Then, there's Spider Murphy Gang and Strassenjungs from Germany and Plastique Bertrand from France
  18. Barnaby Jones' daughter-in-law, Lee Meriwether.
  19. Barbara Hershey. She played Chuck Yeager's wife in "The Right Stuff".
  20. ARGH! My brain hurts. She was in "Remington Steele" and I can't remember her name!!!!
  21. This is going to be a tough one. Hint: She was in the first theatrical musical.
  22. I forgot to put that in my post. I figured somebody would point that out after Barbara Parkins.
  23. I got a desk appearance ticket for that.
  24. Especially when you're wearing a 75 foot long scarf and bedbug-incubating ski cap in July because it's, like yah, all about form over substance. Like, where's the K-Y Jelly, maaaan? I can't get my legs into my girlfriend's skinny jeans! I gotta dress for a major pow-wow at the big chief's wigwam.
