  9. based on the sock it to me drag car kit, don't remember the colors.
  10. built a few yrs ago
  11. are you sand casting by any chance? those impurities in your ingots have to go away if you're planning on tig welding any castings. cleanliness is the most important step and the secret to welding the pieces you have made, including the body. filler wire compatability needs checked with base metals also. never impregnate the welding surface with anything foreign as in cleaners or body oil. you're about to climb a steep hill.
  12. a piece was removed from paint cap so it could be held up against various other colors at a different store. option 1 was all dark bronze metallic. option 2 was all dark bronze metallic with kit stripes. sharp and a little fancier. option 3 was 2 toned dark bronze metallic and tan with a turquoise stripe. fancier yet. option 4 was the fanciest with 2 toned metallics and a 3rd color stripe. option 4 has been decided with a secondary chrysler metallic color. of course all of this is personal taste and varies from person to person. intake and exhaust will begin.
  13. with the second fuel tank done, time to think about cab paint. I'm having to order more frame color so it can be carried onto the bodywork. I love color theory and have left 4 nice options for this truck.
  14. great builds Ray, thanx for sharing. ;-))
