Thanks for the feedback. Got a response from them through eBay but still nothing from their site on one I sent after the eBay reply. Beginning to suspect his system doesn't like Apple or Yahoo mail. Can't get the site's Send tab to react.

Been trying to reach them by e-mail with no response. Are they still in business?

This is one of the few builds I have followed all the way through and enjoyed every update. It was great meeting you and seeing this in the flesh at the Toledo NNL. Hope to see the both of you at next year's event. Well conceived, well executed and well presented. Nuff said.

Thanks for your kind words Niko. Kinda made this from parts on hand and didn't have any smoothies but I did consider the chrome nerf bars in the kit but decided I wanted to keep it smooth. That interior did take a lot of massaging to get it in there.

Thanks for bringing this back to life.

Looks great up to now. Keep it up. I shot my '57 sedan with a satin black and didn't seal it. Learned my lesson there. It shows any greasy finger that touches it. From now on I'll seal it as quick as I can.

Moebius ' 54 Hornet update 10/31 Chassis finished

I try to avoid the Ultra-bright for the reasons you mentioned. I meant to mention earlier and forgot to watch the throttle linkage air cleaner fit. My linkage wouldn't let the rear air cleaner sit level without some massaging. Really like your color selection too. -
Moebius ' 54 Hornet update 10/31 Chassis finished

What you have done so far is outstanding. I have this kit unstarted and feel the chrome trim on the rear fender area is too lightly molded. Was it raised enough for the blade to follow? BTW, I'm in 100% agreement with you on the upper chrome. I did the '53 and kept saying there has to be an easier way to do this. Finally gave up on the roof line molding and brush painted between them. The '54 looks a little easier. -
You two have hit on and understand what I was trying to accomplish with this build. Many thanks.

I would say it is a vacuum line and I believe that the base wiper motor was vacuum driven so your probably right on that.
