  1. Seems a lot of people like doughnuts
  2. Me and my dad will be starting a 1/1 project soon and I was wondering if anybody has seen a setup like this before because when my dad started on the 3100 'bout 30 years ago he wanted a newer rear axle. So he went to the scrap yard. When he was looking under a 64 with his dad,(my grandpa) convinced him to put the whole chassis under it cuz it only needed to be shortened in the front. Since my dad liked straight 6s it stayed. Well my dad worked on the project for a while on in off while working on other cars eventually it ended up sitting until now with a lot of the work done. My question is how unique is this setup?
  3. New ride height with dropped I beam. The bottom pic is upside down so it can be closer to ground level.

  11. Better pic of the interior It isn't the amt 32 interior but it fits well , only problem is that it has lots of glue on it Forgot to say that the 32 is a glue bomb in the next few days I hope to get the ride night done. Sorry for the crappy photos
  12. Started this a few weeks ago. The plan Body: Amt 32 ford body Frame: Revell 32 ford with 29 rear spring arch and 34 cross member Running gear: Amt double t rear end, springs and shocks Up front will be a non dropped model a I-beam with early backing plates and Buick brake drums Engine: Amt double t y block with "corrected" headers Bleach took off the aging chrome in under a minute! In the bleach there was also a resin sunken licence plate holder that I cast from resin. Like this un only the centre part though That will be made to fit here That's all for now and here's my inspiration this amazing build by ace garage guy http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=59708
