Life happens. This is for kicks. If you're not finished, post what you got. You can always update us later. We understand, it happens to all of us. Enjoy, Mike. -
D.O.T. number, I.F.T.A. sticker from home state, M.C.C. number, and in Ohio we have a P.U.C.O. number also. Other states may have a similar Public Utilities Commission number, I'm not sure. Hope this helps.

The clock is ticking so I figured I'd better make some progress. I was hoping this would come out better. My work schedule has been brutal this month and I've had other things going on. Anyhow, just a few details and some touch-up left and I'm going to call it done. This has been a lot of fun, I wish I could have spent more time on it. Hope you like it. Mike. -
Those look cleaner and neater. Good call.

Let's see some progress guys. I'll post some this weekend. -
I think that looks tough!!! Original without looking strange. If I wasn't following this it would take a minute to figure out what looks different. Again all business. Very cool. On a side note, are you a luthier also?

Another trade with bismarck. As always shipped fast, packed well, and as described. Perfect, Thanks Kevin.

Problems with Tamiya primer and color.

Many white paints have very heavy pigments. Try warming it up if it's a rattle can. If airbrushing maybe thin it a tad more and use light coats until you get the desired coverage. Just a suggestion. Hope it helps, Mike. -
Try nickel:copper alloy. It's sold at auto parts stores. They call it easy-bend. It's for brake and fuel line. I can wind the 3/16 and 1/4 around my index finger with no kinking. It solders easily also. Hope this helps, Mike.

I'm a Browns fan and a Mopar guy, I'm with him though. Nice build. -
Those are going to flow nicely with the lines of the car. Very clean look. Function and fashion well blended.

I was feeling just that way. The group Gremlin build has been my therapy for it. I've decided to keep it simple and finish it. I think the guidelines and finish date helped me. I needed my hand forced so to speak. I have one model sitting because it needs the mirrors put on. I think maybe since building is the fun part for me I'm afraid to finish things. -

I've been a fairly avid follower of this build (and a few others in this section). l really like the way you handled leveling the suspension on this. Simple, neat, and effective. Most excellent work all the way through I might add. I'm preparing to undertake my first large scale build(s). I'm certainly not going to start with a Pocher kit. I think my 1/12 Camaro should be a good place to start. I've seen some very nicely built. Anyway, I recently acquired a rather expensive kit from a friend at an excellent price. This build and a few others are quite inspiring to me! Thanks for sharing this with us. Mike.

It's funny you said that DaveM. Juvenile is the word in my head as I build mine. I'm keeping it pretty simple for the most part. It's just a lot less sloppy than it would have been 30 years ago! The appeal of this project was the simplicity. A nice relaxing stress free build. I hope you enjoy yourself as much as I am with this project. Mike. -
