From what I see here, you could use the '65 for the '63 chassis. I've already used a Lindberg for mine. -

I have recently picked up the Jada IH rollback in 1/25. I also have a First Gear NAPA Mack wrecker, and several of the Chevy tow trucks in the first post. The Plymouth pickup is nice.

I think we are way past due for a 1960s Dodge Pickup. All the other makes have been made except for the Dodge and Fargo. I can't afford $100+ for a resin version. -

Highway 61 made a Kaeser Manhattan in 1/18 scale and they sold like hotcakes! Try and find one now, they go for a premium on evilbay. -
